In this workshop, you will be shown ways of looking at your business, its strategy, and operations in order to determine what things you can change to ensure you survive these changing times -- and what things you cannot -- so you can make necessary decisions that can take you to smoother times ahead.
We will address some of the most common issues facing entrepreneurs today, including:
• Identifying and defining new markets and customer segments;
• Defining new products and services; and
• Defining new channels of sales, marketing, and distribution.
Activities and/or materials used in this workshop will include:
• Review brainstorming methods and examples; and
• Take-home tools that you can use on your own.
