In this time of COVID, business owners are challenged more than ever before to find new ways of adapting to economic change. Entrepreneurs need to find ways to comprehend and understand a new and rapidly-changing economy and its impact on customer behavior and purchase decisions. "How can my business survive?" and "What can I do to adapt?" become the key questions facing owners during uncertain times such as these.

In this workshop, you will be shown ways of looking at your business, its strategy, and operations in order to determine what things you can change to ensure you survive these changing times -- and what things you cannot -- so you can make necessary decisions that can take you to smoother times ahead.

We will address some of the most common issues facing entrepreneurs today, including:
• Identifying and defining new markets and customer segments;
• Defining new products and services; and
• Defining new channels of sales, marketing, and distribution.

Activities and/or materials used in this workshop will include:
• Review brainstorming methods and examples; and
• Take-home tools that you can use on your own.
