Since retiring Gerry has devoted his time to volunteering at Covenant House (counselling homeless youth), the Boys and Girls Club and SCORE, In addition he is an adjunct instructor at New Jersey City University teaching courses in Risk Management and Personal Finance.Gerry spent his entire 45 year career in the property/casualty insurance industry, the last 25 years with the US based arm on Munich Reinsurance (Munich Reinsurance of America in Princeton NJ). He retired in December 2018 as Senior Vice President, Corporate Underwriting where he devoted the last 10 years of his career to the analysis and development of insurance products for new emerging risks for Global clients.

Pat is a certified SCORE Mentor. She has been helping companies leverage data for innovation and profitable growth for over 30 years. She has conducted innovation workshops for large, medium and small sized businesses in all industries using a variety of techniques. Pat was also VP of Research and Development for a major insurance company and is a past President of the Society of Insurance Research. While with SAP, she worked with firms in all industries globally. Pat is also an experienced business discovery and mind map workshop facilitator and a certified design thinking workshop facilitator.
